Delhi Vigilance Minister Atishi has submitted a 650-page preliminary report back to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in reference to a criticism towards Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar in reference to the Bamnoli land acquisition problem, official sources mentioned on Tuesday.
